The rules for reading and reusing what is published on this site.
Last updated July 6, 2026.
AI Productivity.tools publishes tool profiles, switch-guide comparisons, use-case roundups, and a dataset page tracking what we have published. All of it is general information, not a recommendation tailored to your specific situation, your budget, or your compliance obligations.
Every price on this site is checked against the vendor's own page and dated at the time we checked it. AI vendors change plan structures often, sometimes within weeks of us publishing. Confirm the current number on the vendor's own pricing page before you subscribe to anything, and treat anything here as a starting point rather than a live quote.
Tool names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. A tool appearing here, including in a positive comparison, does not mean that company sponsors, endorses, or has reviewed the page it appears on, unless a page says so directly.
Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links, and a signup through one can earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. That relationship never determines which tool a page recommends first; see our editorial standards page for how coverage decisions actually get made.
Article text, comparison tables, and the dataset on our 2026 Categories Reference page are owned by AI Productivity.tools. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine. Republishing a full article or copying our tables into your own site is not, without asking first.
We are not responsible for a subscription you regret, a tool that changed after we published, or a decision made based on anything here. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, medical, or financial advice, regardless of which use-case guide it appears in.
Anything about these terms goes through our contact page.
